If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the knife in its original blade guard and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our bladesmiths will inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
